Tomato with Hemp Hearts


6-7 chopped tomatoes

1-2 Tbsp hemp seed oil

1/4 C hemp hearts

3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/2 of one lemon’s juice 

2-3 cloves of minced garlic

Dash of salt

Combine chopped ingredients and enjoy!
