1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 ½ cups of coconut milk or blend until you reach your desired consistency 

1 tsp. coconut oil

¼ C White Hemp Heart Protein Powder

1 ½ tsp. fresh ginger

½ tsp. dried turmeric powder

2 tsp. cinnamon powder

½ tsp. cloves powder

½ tsp. nutmeg powder
