Kale Salad with Hemp Hearts

Difficulty: Beginner



  • 3 cups of chopped kale
  • 1 tsp hemp seed oil
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Dash of salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp of hemp hearts 
  • Red apple or pear (optional)
  • Roasted pepitas (optional)
  • Goat cheese (optional)

Simply massage hemp seed oil, lemon juice, and salt into the kale for about 1-2 minutes. Top with 3 Tbsp of hemp hearts.
