Homemade Applesauce with Hemp Protein Powder
-Gather enough apples to fill one crock pot (we prefer Pink Ladys and typically use between 9-10 apples)
-1 tsp nutmeg
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
-1 Tbsp @WayWestWellness White Hemp Heart Protein Powder
Core and peel the apples. Place the apples in the crock pot. Sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon juice on top. Set the crockpot on high for 4 hours.
After the applesauce is done cooking; in a separate bowl, add 1 cup of applesauce and shift in 1 Tbsp of @WayWestWellness White Hemp Heart Protein Powder. And then enjoy this super tasty protein packed applesauce snack!
