Green Beans with Artichokes and Hemp Hearts


Load up your frying pan with frozen green beans and your favorite cooking oil. Sprinkle with salt, ¼-⅓ cup marinated artichokes chopped, and 2-3 tsp lemongrass paste. Top with hemp hearts. 

This dish is loaded with antioxidants, vitamin K, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, a decent amount of calcium, folate, fiber, vitamin B, omega 3, omega 6, protein, and more.
